Kavitha Ravikumar

Senior Impact Analyst

Kavitha has spent over 20 years working across the consultancy, corporate, and start-up sectors. She is part of the Impact Research Team for the Pengana WHEB Sustainable Impact Fund, and works closely with Seb Beloe, Head of Research on thematic issues and impact related research to support the broader Investment Team.

Prior to this, Kavitha held global strategy and managerial positions at H.B. Fuller Company and has also worked on key innovation and expansion projects with leading healthcare and chemical companies during her time at Frost & Sullivan. A deep interest in systemic connections have motivated her to take on several additional commitments in the social and creative sectors, including a term as Investee Mentor at The Social Investment Business.

Kavitha holds First class degrees in Economics and Anthropology, and currently works part-time while completing her PhD research on Sustainable Futures at Loughborough University London.
