Mirjana Crnjak

Chief Financial Officer

Mirjana is the Chief Financial Officer, having been appointed to the role in 2024, prior to which she was the Financial Controller at Pengana for 20 years.

Mirjana has been in the funds management industry since joining Pengana in 2004, with previous roles being in tax and business services. Mirjana has strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis, tax planning and strategy, cost and cash management and internal controls.

Mirjana is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of Western Sydney.
