Paula Ferrao

Paula Ferrao is an Executive Director and Head of Shareholder Relations at Pengana. She has senior leadership responsibility for listed‑entity governance, shareholder engagement and capital markets communications, and works closely with boards, regulators and institutional investors across Pengana’s listed platforms.

Paula is also a member of the Finance Council of the Trustees of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan.

Before joining Pengana, Paula held a number of senior executive and governance roles at Hunter Hall International Limited, including Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Executive Director. During her tenure, she also served as an executive director of Hunter Hall International (UK) Limited and Rushcutter Investments Pty Limited, and as a trustee and committee member of the Hunter Hall Charitable Fund.

Paula has over 25 years’ experience in the funds management industry, with deep expertise in listed markets, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, and the governance and operation of listed investment companies, managed investment schemes and public offer superannuation funds.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.
