Rachael Monteiro

Stewardship & Climate Analyst

As Stewardship and Climate Analyst Rachael’s role is broad-ranging and involves helping to shape WHEB’s stewardship strategy and initiatives, developing related engagement and voting policies, cultivating stakeholder relationships and building engagement systems.  Her responsibilities also extend to analysing sustainability data, particularly focusing on emission reduction targets, and managing external sustainability reporting.

Within the Pengana WHEB Sustainable Impact Fund Research Team, she works closely with Seb Beloe, Head of Research, and supports the broader Impact Investment Team. Rachael joined WHEB in 2020 after completing the MSc Environmental Technology at Imperial College London. She also holds the IMC and a BSc in Geography from King’s College London and previously had a career as a business development professional.
