Pengana Capital Group Limited (ASX: PCG) is pleased to announce that the Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) for the Pengana Global Private Credit Trust (‘Trust’) was lodged with ASIC on 19 April 2024 and can be found on the Offer website at:
The Offer is expected to open on Monday, 20 May 2024 and close on Thursday, 6 June 2024.
