About the Pengana Global Private Credit Trust:
The Pengana Global Private Credit Trust offers Australian investors access to a hedged portfolio of global diversified private credit investments, providing opportunities for yield enhancement through economic cycles. With a focus on diversification, regular distributions, and institutional investment management, this fund aims to provide stability and growth potential in today’s market.
The investment objective of PCX is to generate strong risk-adjusted returns with a high degree of capital protection, as well as stable and consistent income via exposure to a diversified portfolio of global private credit investments, liquid credit investments, and cash.
PCX will also target a cash distribution yield of 7% per annum (net of fees, costs, and taxes incurred by PCX), paid monthly.
Pengana has thought carefully about the strategy and the challenges that can occur with LITs/LICs. During the webinar, the team will discuss the initiatives that will be put in place to improve the outcome for investors and advisers who allocate to a LIT, particularly in relation to trading at a discount to NAV.
