PIA – upcoming fully franked quarterly dividend
Announcing a 1.35 cents per share fully franked quarterly dividend
It is our pleasure to advise that the Board of Pengana International Equities Limited (ASX: PIA) has declared the interim dividend for the quarter ending 31 December 2021.
In line with the annual target announced in August 2021, a 1.35 cents per share dividend, fully franked at a tax rate of 30%, will be paid on 15 March 2022 to shareholders on the PIA register on 1 March 2022.
PIA’s current financial position, together with Harding Loevner’s long-term track record of consistent superior returns, puts PIA in a unique position to provide a strong and reassuring base from which the Company’s directors believe a continued stream of quarterly fully franked dividends can be paid to shareholders.
PIA currently has sufficient profit reserves and franking account balance to ensure the dividend annual target of 5.4 cents per share, fully franked, can be sustained through to FY2024, even if no further tax is paid by the company.
The Company expects to release its Interim Report for the half-year ended 31 December 2021 on 17 February 2022, following completion of the external review.
